The Gozney Roccbox is a multi-fuel oven designed to easily cook high-temperature pizzas where you already cook outdoors.

Terrace, backyard, cottage or weekend with friends, this portable propane pizza oven (with burner included) heats up quickly and maintains intense heat to make pizza after pizza without waiting.

Compact and sturdy, it simply sits on a table and quickly becomes the center of pizza nights.

What truly sets it apart is its ability to reach a very high temperature and remain stable . Once ready, you can bake pizza after pizza with the same consistency.

With space for a 12” pizza, it's not just for pizza. It also accommodates focaccia, hot antipasti, grilled vegetables or gnocchi pans.

And for those who like variety, it can also be heated with wood using an optional burner (sold separately).

Use a non-caustic cleaner without bleaching agents. Clean with warm soapy water and a soft sponge.

Interior
The best method is to burn off the residue. Above 900°F (500°C), the kiln cleans itself. The residue burns off naturally after a few hours of heating. Simply finish with a stone brush or a dry cloth.
