If you are in the Quebec region, you can avoid shipping costs by selecting "Warehouse pickup in Repentigny, QC (free)" at checkout. You'll receive an email with pickup instructions once your order is ready, usually within 4 hours.
Processing times
In-stock orders are assembled within 12 to 36 business hours and shipped within approximately 72 business hours. Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Quebec and Ontario: 1 to 2 transit days. Easter, Western Canada: 3 to 5 days.
Pizza ovens = free shipping
Shipping is free on all our ovens to major Canadian cities, Quebec, Ontario, the Maritimes, and major cities in the West. Additional fees may apply in certain remote areas and will be calculated automatically at checkout.¹
For palletized ovens (e.g. Gozney Dome XL, Alfa ovens), delivery is handled by a private carrier. You'll receive a call from the carrier to confirm your delivery window, allow approximately 3 to 5 business days. Contact us before placing your order to get a custom shipping quote for Alfa ovens and confirm availability.
Flour = weight-based shipping
Flour orders are shipped separately due to their weight. Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the total weight of your flour order and your region.²
