The Gozney Tread mini oven is designed to bake pizza in places you'd never think to cook.

Camping, cabin, tailgate, backyard, or lakeside, this portable propane pizza oven lets you bake high-temperature pizzas almost anywhere. Compact and sturdy, it's built to keep up with your adventures.

Its insulation keeps the heat where it needs to be, while the side flame creates a 60-second cook, worthy of a real pizza oven.

With space for a 12” pizza or a cast iron skillet, the Tread does more than just make pizzas: shakshuka at sunrise, roasted vegetables on the dock, grilled halloumi in a tailgate, impromptu focaccia between swims… a true nomadic cuisine.

And with its modular accessory system, you can set up your rig almost anywhere (accessories sold separately).

Use a non-caustic cleaner without bleaching agents. Clean with warm soapy water and a soft sponge.

Interior
The best method is to burn off the residue. Above 900°F (500°C), the kiln cleans itself. The residue burns off naturally after a few hours of heating. Simply finish with a stone brush or a dry cloth.
