If that happens, write to us. We'll look into it with you.
If the conditions are met, we will match the price .

This policy applies to ovens, equipment and accessories (ingredients are excluded).

Price guaranteed, even after your purchase

You ordered from us… then you see the same product cheaper elsewhere within 15 days ?

No problem.
If the product is sold by an authorized Canadian retailer , you will be reimbursed the difference in the form of a Lapizzashop gift card.

How to do it?

It's very simple:

1. Write to us by email ( info@lapizzashop.ca) ), Messenger or phone ( 1-888-606-7499 )

2. Send us proof of the price (screenshot of the online shopping cart or photo of the promotion)

3. We'll confirm quickly and get back to you.

Conditions for price equalization

For the request to be valid:

• The competitor must be an authorized Canadian retailer

• The product must be new, identical (same brand and model) and in stock

• It must be offered with the Canadian manufacturer's warranty.

• The price compared must be before taxes, delivery and other charges.

• The offer must be public (no clearance sales, student discounts, private sales or Black Friday-type promotions)

• The warranty applies to one (1) product per customer

Lapizzashop.ca also reserves the right to refuse a price match if the competitor's price is lower than the minimum price allowed by the manufacturer .

What if the price drops after your purchase?

If this happens within 15 days of your order :

1. Send us your proof of purchase

2. Add the link or a screenshot of the lower price.

3. Once validated, we'll send you a Lapizzashop gift card for the difference.
