It is stronger than the classic Nuvola, which means it can withstand very high hydrations and long fermentations (48 hours and more) even better.
Why? Because its increased strength allows the dough to develop a stronger network even when highly hydrated, resulting in an impressive honeycomb structure, but it also requires a bit more technique to manage.
Fermentation time? 24 to 72 hours (or even longer depending on your method)
