Gozney got its start building ovens for restaurants. Tom Gozney spent years kitting out professional kitchens before he started asking why that kind of power couldn't live in someone's backyard. Everything on this page came out of that question.

Arc or Dome?
The Arc and Arc XL run on propane, heat up fast and move around. The Dome and Dome XL are built-in ovens with more mass, and they cook on wood or gas. Still deciding? Our buying guide and comparison chart will settle it.
Can a Gozney run on natural gas?
Yes. The Dome and Dome XL take natural gas, as well as wood, charcoal and propane.
What's the warranty on a Gozney oven?
Gozney ovens carry a 5-year warranty when you register your product with Gozney within 60 days of purchase. As an authorized dealer, we handle it here.
