Alfa's Futuro, built to sit in an outdoor kitchen. Stainless front, straight lines, 1000°F.
Description
The Futuro 2 Pizze is the Alfa built to live in an outdoor kitchen. Straight lines, stainless steel front, a profile that sits level with a grill and a run of cabinetry instead of fighting it. It's the only Alfa designed first as one appliance among several, not as a centrepiece dropped in the middle of the yard.
The bake doesn't change. Twenty minutes to 1000°F, a Neapolitan in 90 seconds, and Alfa's Heat Genius underneath: HeatKeeper firebrick made in Italy, double-layer ceramic insulation that keeps the shell cool to the touch, and the patented Full Effect flue that rolls hot air back over the pizza.
This is the oven for builds where every appliance was chosen on purpose. A designed outdoor kitchen, a continuous counter, a set that reads as one thing. If your oven is going to live alone in a corner of the yard, the Classico or the Moderno will give you more presence for less money.
