Maintenance and warnings
Wait until the stone is at room temperature before cleaning or handling it.
- Use a brush to remove the residue.
- Never put the stone under water
- Wipe with a dry cloth to remove any residue as needed.
- Avoid removing the stone from the oven to reduce the risk of breakage.
- Always bring the stone to room temperature before using it (to avoid thermal shock).
Don't have a pizza oven? We really recommend getting one, but you can also use this stone in a domestic oven.
