A propane outdoor pizza oven, the Cozze 13" bakes at 950°F (500°C) on a cordierite stone that turns itself. Even bakes with no peel work, in about two minutes.
Description
The Cozze 13" turns the stone for you. Slide the pizza in, close the door, and the cordierite disc does its laps while the fire handles the rest.
That changes everything when you're new to high-heat cooking. At 950°F, a pizza browns fast, and knowing exactly when to turn it with a peel takes practice. 360° rotation settles the question on your very first bake.
The triple U-shaped burner wraps heat around the stone, front, sides and back. Heat comes from everywhere at once, the crust puffs and chars evenly, and the base stays crisp to the last slice.
Ready to cook in fifteen minutes, a pizza in two. With the door in place the oven recovers its heat between bakes, so you serve at the table’s pace instead of the oven’s.
Thirteen inches of stone is a pizza worth sharing. And the oven stays compact enough to live on a patio, a garden table or a corner of the deck without taking over the space.
Danish design, double-chamber steel, controls up front. The kind of oven you fire up on a Tuesday because it finally got easy.
