Description

The 5 Pizze is the top of the Moderno line. Five pizzas at once, a semi-professional cooking floor, and a presence that turns a backyard into a stage for hosting. It's the oven for people who cook for a crowd and want a centrepiece that rises to the occasion.

To keep pace with a party, you need a floor that doesn't fade. The 5 Pizze's is HeatKeeper firebrick made in Italy, wrapped in double-layer ceramic fibre insulation, with Heat Genius circulation sending hot air back over the pizzas instead of letting it escape.

Its custom base adds storage and fold-away shelves, built for working fast when the orders keep coming. And with Alfa's hybrid kit, wood joins the gas oven whenever you want the full show. For the same scale on pure wood, the Allegro is its wood-fired counterpart.

Maintenance and Precautions

Day to day

Let the oven cool, then brush the floor with a brass brush. No soap, no water on the brick: the heat burns off residue on the next firing. Wipe the stainless shell with a soft cloth.

Winter and protection

In our Canadian climate, keep the oven covered between uses with the Alfa cover. For winter, store it sheltered or leave it outside well covered and raised off the ground.

What to avoid

Don't run a cold oven to full power the first few times: bring it up gradually to season the brick. Never use abrasive cleaners on the floor. Don't move the oven while hot.

Why we love it

Pro-level fire without leaving home. Five at a time changes the night: everyone eats nonstop and you never drop the conversation. Our pick when you host big, and often.

Frequently Asked Questions

Have a question? We're here to help! Call us at 1-888-606-7499

Contact us
Does this oven make real Neapolitan pizza?
Yes. It reaches 930°F (500°C), the temperature a Neapolitan needs to bake in 60 to 90 seconds. The HeatKeeper firebrick keeps the floor hot between pizzas so you can cook back to back.
Does the 5 Pizze run on propane?
It ships on natural gas as standard. A conversion kit lets you switch to propane if you don't have a natural gas line. Both cook identically, it's a matter of hookup.
Is the 5 Pizze suitable for commercial use?
It's a semi-professional oven built for the home and large gatherings. Many enthusiasts use it for events, but always check local codes before any real commercial use.
Can I use it year-round in our climate?
Yes, as long as you protect it with its cover between uses and let it heat a little longer when it's cold out. The double insulation handles thermal shock well. We have customers making pizza in the dead of winter.
