The BBQ 500 turns your Alfa oven into a grill. An ember tray, a rotating grill and a pair of tongs, and your oven becomes a barbecue that can hit 930°F.
Fill the tray with embers to sear hot, or set it beside the fire for gentler cooking. Door open, hot air rolls around the meat. Door closed, you get that smoky barbecue flavour. The tongs grab the grill so you can spin it toward the hottest spots without reaching in.
The tray catches fat and juices, the grill lifts out for cleaning, and the smoke goes up the oven's chimney instead of over to the neighbours.
