In April 2022, we sat down with TVA Nouvelles (in French). Alex tosses the dough and bakes a pizza in under 90 seconds, at 900°F (480°C), in an Ooni Koda 16.
The dough is our signature recipe made with Caputo flour, and the sauce uses Bianco DiNapoli tomatoes.
