This is the apron we actually wear. Friday nights at home, out on the balcony testing a new oven, in the backyard with friends who stay later than planned.
It's washed grey denim, on purpose. Flour sticks to it, sauce leaves its mark, and after enough nights it starts to look like yours. A new apron is fine. One that's been lived in is better.
The neck strap adjusts to your height. On the chest, our old-school script Pizza Shop logo, printed in cream.
Thepizzashop started in 2020, in our backyard just outside Quebec City. This apron is a small piece of that story. Made to be worn, messed up, and pulled out again next Friday.
