The Gi. Metal 16” rectangular non-perforated pizza peel is ideal for the experienced pizza maker, since a 16” peel is more difficult to handle than a 14”.

The downside of a non-perforated pizza peel is that the pizza dough tends to stick more than with a perforated or wooden peel . That said, it's perfect for those who want to cook a large pizza without paying the price of the perforated version. In any case, be sure to sprinkle it with a little flour or semolina to make it more slippery.
The Gi. Metal rectangular, non-perforated pizza peel is made of anodized aluminum. What's so great about that?
