The Gi. Metal scratch-free dough cutter divides pizza dough into balls (pre-fermentation), according to the number of pizzas you want to make. It's also handy for cleaning up excess flour and removing dough residue from the work surface.
It is food-grade certified, made of polymer, and won't damage your equipment, making it superior to its stainless steel counterpart . However, it's not as effective at removing dough residue from the work surface. Polymer is an excellent material, resistant to impacts and heat.
