Timing

In-stock orders usually ship within 1 business day. As soon as your package is with the carrier, you'll get a tracking number by email. Delivery then usually takes 24 to 72 hours, depending on your region.

If tracking shows nothing at first, give it 24 hours: the information appears at the first scan.

Pizza ovens ship free

Shipping is free on our ovens to almost every major city in Canada.

Pallet ovens (Gozney Dome, Dome XL, Fontana, Alfa) travel by private carrier. The carrier calls you to set a delivery time, usually within 3 to 5 business days. For commercial ovens and Alfa ovens, email us before ordering for a custom rate.

Accessories and ingredients

Shipping from $9.99 depending on your region, free on orders of $150+ almost everywhere in Canada ($125+ in most of Quebec). Flour excluded.

Flour

Flour shipping is calculated at checkout, based on weight and your postal code (20 kg max per order). It ships free when you order an oven or a dough mixer at the same time.

Free pickup

Choose "Pickup at the Repentigny warehouse" in your cart. You'll get an email when your order is ready, usually within 4 hours.

Where do we ship?

Everywhere in Canada except Nunavut, Yukon, the Northwest Territories and a few very remote postal codes. If in doubt, email us: we always find a way.

Some remote areas (Abitibi, Côte-Nord, Gaspésie, Îles-de-la-Madeleine, northern Ontario, parts of the Maritimes and the West) are excluded from free shipping. Rates are calculated automatically at checkout.
