The Dome XL Mantel (Gen 2) front shelf adds a convenient surface directly to the oven entrance , designed for the larger Dome XL format. It allows you to turn pizzas, garnish a dish, baste meat, or check the cooking progress without having to remove everything from the oven.
You can also safely rotate a pan , keep side dishes warm for a few moments, or simply work more comfortably when everything is happening around the oven. This shelf quickly becomes a natural extension of the Dome XL , especially when cooking multiple dishes in succession.
Easy to install without tools, it attaches securely to the oven. Its 304 stainless steel construction, combined with a powder-coated aluminum support arm , allows it to withstand heat and use.
