Our peel is a perfect blend of a wooden peel and a solid aluminum peel. Why? Well, compared to the wooden version, it's more durable, easier to clean, and glides better under the dough. And compared to the solid version, the dough is much less sticky! As a bonus, the holes release excess flour, preventing the crust from burning. Che bello !
You have a choice of three sizes: 12", 14", and 16". The 12" pizza is compatible with 12" ovens. The 14" and 16" pizzas are compatible with 16" ovens or larger. The only difference is that the 14" pizza is easier to handle, as it doesn't take up all the space in the oven. The 16" pizza is reserved for more experienced cooks who love large pizzas to share.
You also have the choice between a 12" or 24" handle. The 12" version is ideal for small ovens. The 14" is for larger and deeper ovens.
