Our selection

An electric pizza oven plugs into an outlet and cooks in your kitchen. No tank, no wood, no balcony required.

It's the only way to pull a real 90-second pizza in January without stepping outside. Our electric line-up is deliberately short: we only carry what we've cooked on, and right now one model clears the bar.

Why go electric

  • Indoors, all yearIt sits on your counter. Weather, snow and condo rules stop mattering.
  • Real pizzeria heatThe Ooni Volt 2 reaches 450 °C (850 °F), double what a kitchen oven can do. Enough for a Neapolitan in 90 seconds.
  • Precise controlBuilt-in sensors adjust the heat in real time for the style you pick: Neapolitan, thin and crispy, or pan.
  • Ready in 12 minutesPlug it in and it preheats while you top. When you're done, it fits in a cupboard.

Electric or kitchen oven?

Your kitchen oven tops out around 260 to 290 °C. It makes great pan pizza, but never a true Neapolitan. An electric pizza oven closes that gap without leaving the kitchen. Tips for both are in our home oven pizza guide.

Frequently asked questions

Can you use an electric pizza oven indoors?

Yes, that's what it's for. The Volt 2 is designed for the kitchen. It can head out to the balcony for an afternoon, but it doesn't spend the night outside. As with any high-heat cooking, run your range hood or keep the room well ventilated.

How hot does an electric pizza oven get?

The Volt 2 reaches 450 °C (850 °F), compared with 260 to 290 °C for a kitchen oven. It also goes as low as 20 °C in proofing mode, to rise your dough.

Is an indoor electric pizza oven worth it?

Yes, if propane and wood aren't allowed where you live, or if you want pizza all year. If you have a backyard and often cook for a crowd, a 16-inch propane oven is still more versatile.

Can you cook more than pizza in it?

Yes. The Volt 2's oven and grill modes handle weeknight cooking: focaccia, roasted vegetables, chicken wings or a small cast iron dish.
