Ooni's rectangular, non-perforated pizza peel is made of anodized aluminum. But what else? Well, this material is fantastic because it makes the peel lighter than traditional models, while still being very strong. Furthermore, anodized aluminum is resistant to abrasion (goodbye rust) and high temperatures (a must for your molto caldo pizza oven). Finally, it's easy to clean and fingerprint-resistant: no more scratches or smudges.
