The Cozze 17" is a propane outdoor pizza oven that cooks 17-inch pizzas at 950°F (500°C) on a stone that turns on its own. Two minutes a pizza, and enough room to feed the table in one bake.
Description
The Cozze 17" spins the stone for you. Slide the pizza in, close the door, and the cordierite disc turns while the fire handles the rest.
The bigger the pizza, the trickier the peel work gets. At 950°F, a seventeen-inch pizza browns fast and doesn’t forgive hesitation. 360° rotation takes the move away entirely.
The triple U-shaped burner wraps heat around the stone, front, sides and back. The wider the surface, the more heat wants to run unevenly, and this layout is what keeps it honest. No scorched edge on one side, no pale dough on the other.
A seventeen-inch pizza is two thirteens in a single bake. For a table of six, that changes how many trips you make to the oven and how soon you finally sit down.
This format calls for a real work surface. A cooking table, an outdoor kitchen, a top that stays put when the evening runs long.
Danish design, double-chamber steel, controls up front. The kind of oven you fire up on a Friday knowing there’ll be people.
